New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Woodbury

American East Coast - Itinerary 
Day 1: Ottawa - New York City
This tour starts bright and early with our bus departing from Ottawa early in the morning at 6:00 AM. We cross the border and arrive in the city that never sleeps: New York City. In the heart of midtown Manhattan, we drop in on Times Square and Broadway. You will go to visit Times Square and the famous New York top attraction – Madame Tussauds Wax Museum & Marvel Universe 4D movie.  At around 8:00 PM, we leave for our hotel Comfort Inn & Suite in New Jersey or similar. 

Day 2: New York City - Washington DC

Our second day starts off with a visit to Wall Street, the South Street Seaport, and Ground Zero - the memorial site of the World Trade Center. Then we take a 90-minute cruise to visit the famous French gift to the United States: The Statue of Liberty. Once back onshore, we then take the elevator to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, on levels 100, 101, and 102 of the 1,776-foot tall One World Trade Center building. One World Observatory provides unique, panoramic views of New York City, its most iconic sites, and surrounding waters. After that, we will go to visit the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum (one of America’s leading historic, cultural, and educational institutions - the famous Air-craft Carrier: USS Intrepid and lots of aircraft). Then we will drive for 3.5 hours to the nation’s capital: Washington DC. After an enjoyable dinner at an international buffet, we leave for our hotel and a good night’s rest in a Best Western Hotel or similar.

Day 3: Washington DC - Philadelphia - New York City
Today, we begin our day with a morning tour of the capital of the United States. We visit the celebrated White House, Capitol Hill, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, National Air and Space Museum, National Gallery, and Korean War Memorial. We may have time to take a famous DC Harbor Cruise enjoying the different views and all the historic landmarks of the capital city along the Potomac River.

After seeing all that Washington has to offer, we drive for 2.5 hours to Philadelphia. Once arriving there, we will have a local guided Philadelphia City Tour. We visit the site where the Declaration of Independence was debated and adopted. Known as Independence Hall, the building was also home to the historic Liberty Bell. We visit Independence Square and see the Liberty Bell which now resides across the street. After our run-in with American history, we will depart for our hotel in New Jersey and have a good night’s rest in a Best Western Hotel or similar.

Day 4: New York City - Woodbury Outlets - Ottawa
After breakfast, we leave for the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, the biggest and most famous outlet mall in North America. After indulging ourselves in a seriously exciting shopping spree, we depart for Ottawa at 1:00 PM. Our coach makes a stop at a duty-free shop at the border around 7:30 PM and arrives in Ottawa around 10:00 PM. Have a wonderful trip!
