Chinese VISA

Starting from August 29, 2011, all applicants are required to apply with the 2011 Edition of the VISA application forms:
Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China and
Supplementary Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China

To complete the VISA application formss, please follow the instructions Form V. 2011A and Form V.2011B. The Application Form must be fully completed on a computer and clearly printed out. If some items in the form are not applicable, please mark "/ " or "N/A ". If the forms are not fully completed, your application might not be accepted.

Passport must have 6 months more remaining validity and two more available blank visa pages.

One recent 2X2 inches passport-size photo is needed (white background, showing a full front view of the applicant's head and shoulders without head covering).
