We leave Ottawa for Algonquin Provincial Park at 7:30 in the morning. The park has more than 1,000 large and small lakes, 100 species of birds, and 1,000 plants and wild animals. Around 10:00 AM, we will start our tour by visiting Algonquin Park’s Logging Museum. A theater film will show you life at an early Canadian logging camp and provide a historical look at various types of logging activities. Along with a nice trail, some artifacts and equipment are used to recount logging from the 1830s to the present.

At noon, we will have a nice and easy walk to a trail at Spruce Bog boardwalk, which contains several boardwalk sections in the one-mile moderately trafficked loop trail. We have our lunch break at the Algonquin Visitors Centre, which provides park information and introduces visitors to the park’s history through exhibits, dioramas, and theater presentations. There, you can have a panoramic view of the landscape: hundreds of square miles of the park's magnificent scenery and maple leaf beauty. We then continue our tour at 14:30. We will have one hour for a hiking trail at Peck Lake trail, which allows you to have a leisurely walk to a stunning lookout and explore the forest, lakes, and evergreen shores. At 16:30 we will leave the park and arrive in Ottawa around 20：00.
